In short: we collect only the information needed to respond to enquiries, deliver agreed work and operate this website. Industrial client data is handled under the relevant engagement agreement.

During an engagement, we may process account contacts, project communications and industrial information supplied for the agreed scope.

4. Industrial and client data

Operational data is used only for the agreed engagement and is not used to train public models. Access, hosting, subprocessors, retention and deletion are agreed during scoping or in the engagement agreement. Confidentiality obligations continue after delivery as specified in that agreement.
